Revision Policy
Offering you satisfactory services is our joy. It is for such reasons that we offer free revisions on delivered unsatisfactory orders. We have two revision policies:
- If your instructions have not been followed accordingly, you are allowed to ask for a revision.
- You are allowed to provide the writer with additional information on delivered orders.
However, please note that a change of instructions or adding new instructions may attract additional pay. Once you make the payment, a writer will work on it.
You are allowed to request a revision in 14 days after we deliver your order. After 14 days, or system approves the order, but you still have an allowance of seven days to request a revision. If the time limit expires, you will have to place the revision as a new order. We provide a preview version for you to look at before approving the order. If you do not like the paper, it is important that you request revision fast.
